Chocolate Truffle Cookies
These turned out wonderfully! They are great cool but fabulous while still warm! I used an ice cream scoop to get the dough out of the bowl after refrigerating the dough. I made a mess (of my hands) rolling them but sure enjoyed the cleanup!

Easy and Delicious Chicken
I enjoyed smelling this cook all day long! I had such faith in this recipe after reading many reviews, that when I went to the store to get ingredients, I gave my extra copy of the recipe to the checkout-clerk! My family really liked it too and both my husband and daughter can be picky. I did add just a little of the juices (my guess is about 1/4-1/2 cup) just to add a little extra of that Italian flavoring.

Husband's Delight
My "kids" (14 & 17) hardly ever agree on new recipes that I try. This is the first recipe in a long time that both asked if I could make it again soon. I'm also on a low sodium diet, so I adapted the recipe to use "NoSalt" instead of salt, and I used no-salt-added tomatoes. This is sure to become a part of our family cookbook and I will share my low-sodium version with my friends who also need good tasting yet no-salt meals!
