Jim's Pork Chorizo
Was just ok in my opinion! Local butcher makes a much better sausage. To much vinegar and chili powder ( never heard of those additions before ). I will stick to the traditional chorizo.

Roast Beef with Coffee
I used this recipe for a venison roast I had and it turned out great. I did add 3 more cloves of garlic ( I love garlic )!

Hoagie Bake
Was good but missing something. I added chopped jalepenos, minced garlic, olive oil, and oregano the second time I made it and it was better. The next time I made it I added cooked sausage and it got even better. Will make again with my changes.
