Original Irish Cream
DON'T add the almond extract--it RUINS it!! Without it it's five stars!

Chicken Julienne
I've made this twice now. Chicken gets very tender and there's a nice subtle taste of lime. Cream makes it a very rich dish, however.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
I made this for a Cinco de Mayo party and everyone raved over it and asked for the recipe. Some people said it was the best cheese cake they've ever had!
