Yummy! And you would never know there is whole wheat in there, I love that.

This is so yummy. I have 4 kids under 7 and I sat there in amazement as they inhaled it. I did make chicken strips as well marinating them in the same mix that is added to the turkey, they were tasty. the kids loved the meatballs though. I did boston lettuce and used red peppers, carrots, and bean sprouts. I also did rice noodle instead of rice. Wasn't too crazy about the dipping sauce, luckily had some peanut sauce insead.

This dish is excellent. I only had 3/4 cup of quinoa in the house and used 1 can of black beans. I seriously couldn't stop eating it. Then once my DH got hold of it, it was gone. I need to get some black beans, I am dying to make it again, so good.
