Baked Pork Chops I
always a winner at my house! usually serve with mashed potatoes and green beans...kids and hubby gobble it up! usually use chicken broth instead of wine (don't always have wine to spare :)) I brown the chops in an ovenproof skillet so it keeps the dishes to a minimum!
