Sandy's Casserole
Pretty good, considering I threw this together with what I had on hand. Used evaporated milk, subbed a packet of onion soup mix for the onion, and used 2 cans cream of mushroom (omitting mushroom). Topped with breadcrumbs. Also cooked macaroni for 5 mins before combining for the oven.

Jeff's Sloppy Joes
Excellent! The finished product turned out to be a bit too tangy for my taste, so I added a dash of liquid smoke and that did the trick. The only problem was no leftovers. :(

Hearty Meatball Soup II
YUM! I subbed beef broth for chicken and also added some V8 for flavor (an old soup trick my MIL taught me), and used pasta I had on hand. I took off one star because I found the soup needed a lot more liquid than called for - I kept adding water as it cooked. This one's a keeper!
