Baked Scallops
AMAZING recipe. Thank you so much. My only changes were as others suggested I added a little garlic powder and onion powder to the flour. Also added the juice of a lemon wedge to the butter/ half and half mixture. REALLY REALLY Good!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
AMAZING cake - this is fabulous!!! As others suggested I only added 1 cup of chocolate chips. Also baking time was a little longer..closer to 65 minutes. LOVE LOVE LOVE this cake - SO YUMMY!

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Sorry..this recipes did nothing for us. The only part of the recipe I changed was I added 1 fresh plum tomato and a small can of tomato sauce since I did not have stewed tomatos. The flavor was bland...It wasn't bad..just nothing to it.
