Tropical Tuna Melts
EXCELLENT recipe. I used drained crushed pineapple and added a bit of red pepper flakes so you got the sweet and spicy. Also used whole grain english muffins. East, inexpensive, GREAT tasting, healthy...winner recipe. Will be part of my regular rotation.

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)
I thought this was a good sandwich but nothing spectacular. I following the recipe exact. Not sure if I would make again. Very ordinary - sorry
