Scalloped Potatoes
delicious! i didn't have cornflakes on hand, so i used italian breadcrumbs instead. i think the sherry is a nice touch. yum! i can't wait to make these the next time we have people over.

Healing Cabbage Soup
yum! i just made this. here's what i did a bit differently: i added: 1/2 bag baby carrots 6 fresh plum tomatoes 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed 6 italian sausages, browned and broken into tiny pieces i pureed all of the cabbage, tomatoes, and carrots in a blender with the chx broth and spices. then i added in the potatoes and sausage and put everything in my crockpot on low for 8 hours. DELICIOUS!
