About this Cook
I'm newly married and spoil my fabulous husband with culinary treats. I love to cook for people I care for and often find all my worries disapear when I am busy in the kitchen listening to music.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook a little of everything. I cook many Persian and Middle-eastern dishes for my Persian husband and his relatives. My husband often exclaims "she cooks better Persian food than Persian women do!"

Turkey Breast Florentine
5 stars for a great idea! I tweak this to our own tastes. I make a savory stuffing with breadcrumbs and dried cranberries to stuff the roll. I like this even better than a traditional stuffed turkey at holiday time! Also, in a pinch, I have also used two large whole chicken breasts. Just make sure you butterfly and pound them if necessary. Hope you enjoy this like we do!

Easiest Eggplant
TERRIBLE...really this is the first time I have had to rate a recipe so low. So dissapointed in this recipe and we LOVE eggplants! Fried or broiled eggplants is the only way to go, IMO. It might be salvageable in an eggplant parmesan, but is an embarrasment to the eggplant to serve as is!

Mom's Chicken Cacciatore
Not too shabby! I'll add my two cents...the other reviewers are right, the secret (in most other recipies too) is in the browning. Dredging the chicken in seasoned flour and browning well really enhances the taste and helps to thicken the sauce later. I added some chili pepper and rosemary to fry with the onions for our liking and threw in a zuccini I had hanging around. Also, try a can of crushed tomatoes next time. It gives it more of a saucy consistency like you cooked it for hours. Enjoy AllRecipers!
