Unbelievable Chicken
I made this with chicken tenders and used bottled lemon and lime juice and it was fabulous. I recommend making extra sauce for dipping afterwards.

Beef Bourguignon II
Absolutely delicious. I used a chuck roast cut up and added a cup of beef broth to the 2 cups of wine. The meat melted in your mouth.
