Mexican Bean Salad
I would give this 10 stars if I could. I followed the recipe exactly only substituting the sugar with splenda. It was simply delicious. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!!

Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy
This is super easy and the sauce is very tasty. I used frozen roughy fillets and I think I need to try it again with fresh...no fault of the recipe, simply the fish. I would use this sauce on other mile fillets in a heartbeat. Thanks for the recipe.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
This was simply wonderful. Followed exactly - meat came out restaurant quality, pefectly done and tender with delicious flavor. Thanks for the great and easy recipe!!!
