My family really loved this recipe!! I omitted the vegetable beef soup and added one half can of water instead. I also sprinkled one half teaspoon of celery seeds along with salt and pepper over the potatoes. I this served with a tossed salad and french bread. It was a really winner! Thanks for sharing.

This recipe is a great alternative to the pineapple version. The whole family loved it. I used it as a dessert for Father's Day topped with whipped cream. It was a hit!
