I loved these pork chops! I didn't have the chicken with rice soup so I used cream of chicken instead and they were great, I will try the chicken with rice next time. I was worried that the mustard might be overwhelming but it gave them a very nice flavor.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This bread was a huge hit! It is so unbelievably moist. I might cut back on the sugar next time just because I think I could without altering the taste too much. This is going to be a regular at our house!

Chocolate Billionaires

These are delicious but I could not get the chocolate to the right consistency by using the choc. chips and shortening. After throwing out my first batch of chocolate I used about 2 cups of choc. chips and 1/4 of a block of wax and melted it over low heat. This worked perfectly. I used metal tongs for dipping and had no mess.

So good! Everyone in the house loved the naan. They were excellent leftover. I made some with the garlic and some without. We ate the plain ones with jelly the next day. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Best Ever Banana Bread

Excellent recipe! It came out so moist. I doubled the recipe and froze one loaf, if I hadn't put it in the freezer right away it would already be gone!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

This is a great dish to make when you don't want to spend too much time preparing dinner. I leave out the oregano though, it just tasted a little strange.
