I'm not a big chocolate cake fan, but my mom asked me to make one for her birthday. I have to say that this was delicious! It was very dense and not too sweet. I wasn't sure about the coffee flavor, but I added it anyway. I didn't really taste it. I served cold the next day, as others suggested. It was absolutely wonderful!

Yum! We just finished eating this soup and my husband and in-laws thought it was great. I prepared it just like the recipe said and it turned out wonderful. It had just a little spice and was very filling. We served some shredded cheese and sour cream on top with a side of chips and salsa. Thank you, Janeen, for an easy, delicious meal.

Yum! I'm not a huge fan of salmon, but this recipe was easy and delicious. The mushrooms turned out excellent. I served with rice pilaf and steamed veggies, and my husband thought it was great.
