Rum Sauce
This is a terrific recipe, easy, quick, and delicious. I served it over bread pudding and it was scrumptious.

Baked Corn II
I prepared this as a potaot substitue for a dinner party, and it got rave reviews. I just emailed the recipe to one of the guests. I used canned corn and it worked quite well.

Bar Cookies from Cake Mix
Great recipe. Fast and easy, but the next time, I will add fewer chips and more nuts, maybe l 1/2 cups of each. Also I will try it with raisins and nuts.
