Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
We love this recipe so much! We like some heat but I reduce the cayenne to 1/2 tsp and it's fantastic!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
We like this a lot! I leave out the mayo (just don't care for the stuff) and I think it turns out really great anyway:)

Lemon-Pepper Salmon II
Pretty darn good! Changes I made:: frozen filets, added brown sugar to thicken, baked at 400 for 20 minutes covered with foil and broiled for another 5 or so. Great recipe!
