Chicken in Mushroom Sauce
Sooo delish and Sooo Easy! Made the sauce as listed, except added a splash of Sherry and 3 splashes of Soy. Put chix breasts in baking pan, sprinkled with onion salt, lemon pepper and Bacon salt. Wrapped each piece with bacon. Poured sauce over. Then added some very thinly shaved slices of fresh Parmesan cheese over each chicken piece. To finalize it, very lightly dusted some Paprika over the top (to give it color). Baked at 350 deg. F. for 45 min. Moist! Sauce was fabulous over rice! Hubby and sons lapped it up. Next time I will double the sauce. It was so easy and quick, thanks!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I love this recipe and actually posted a very similar one on this site. What I do is make the recipe as listed, but I take 1/4 of the water and mix 1/2 pckg. of dry brown gravy mix in with that to a paste, and add with the rest of the water. I also add 1 tsp. of Worcestire sauce, 1/2 cup red wine, and a squirt of Ketchup, along with the Mushroom soup and onion soup mix. If it needs thickening, you can add a small amount of dehydrated "Potato buds". Wonderful meal over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes. and Yes-- if there are any leftovers, they make great sandwiches the next day.

Unbelievable Chicken
Not quite "unbelievable", but pretty darn good! My family was very happy with this chicken-- it is a keeper! Very moist and flavorful. We did add a few shakes of red pepper flakes, plus a "spritz" of soy sauce and 1/8 tsp. dried Oregano to the marinade. Very good, thanks for giving us the recipe!
