Duck with Honey, Soy, and Ginger
I agree with other reviews. The sauce is a bit salty, I would cut the soy sauce in half. Overall, it is a tasty duck.

Buffalo Chicken Wings I
Very very good! No idea it's so easy and taste almost like my favorite wings in the restaurant. I used 2 different Vietnamese chili sauce to cook it and turned out so good!

Maple Salmon
I don't usually like salmon. But this is such a simplel, quick and delicious recipe. The salmon is so tasty.
