Buffalo Chicken Wings I
Very very good! No idea it's so easy and taste almost like my favorite wings in the restaurant. I used 2 different Vietnamese chili sauce to cook it and turned out so good!

Maple Salmon
I don't usually like salmon. But this is such a simplel, quick and delicious recipe. The salmon is so tasty.

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce
I prepared this dish for different guests few times. They all love it so much. I didn't cook with mahi mahi, I have used seabass and black cod. They turn out very good. One of my favourite for sure
