White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
This recipe is fool proof. I made this as my very first ever cheesecake and took it to a family Thanksgiving dinner and EVERYONE raved about it and my hostess asked if they could have the leftovers. I was prepared for giving the leftovers to them already by putting the cheescake on a very festive inexpensive Holiday plate which she also loved. I made the cake two days in advance, wonderful flavor! Thank you!
