This turned out very good. I did improvise a bit using ideas from other recipes and adding them to this recipe. I added a bit of honey and caramel sauce, and cut back some on the sugar. I should have put the foil over it sooner during the first 15 minutes at high temp., but it still turned out very good and tasted delicious.
