Orange Spiced Chicken
Great for this season when fresh oranges are so plentiful. Like many others, I flip-flopped the oj and soy sauce. Also substituted honey for the white sugar the second time I made it. The sauce seemed to stand up better.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
Very good recipe and fits well with Weight Watchers (5 points/serving). Will try again if I'm blessed to receive another batch of mahi mahi.

Stuffed Pepper Soup II
If you are a salt-o-phobe as I am, ignore your instincts. Add the salt. A bland soup without it.
