Baked Rigatoni with Italian Sausage and Fennel

Awesome. Fed 7 adults, and had some leftovers. Everyone's plate was clean. I stuck to the recipe, but a little more sausage.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Perfect the first time. I used this with a 3 lb pork shoulder roast. One of the best barbecue sandwiches I ever had. Served on kaiser rolls.

at the beginning, never stop stirring, and you may want to add the corn starch to a small bit of milk before mixing with everything else, to avoid lumps. Delicious pie.

Spinach and Mushroom Enchiladas

Flour tortillas, no oil dip, CHOPPED Carrots, and add some spice (your choice.. Mine is jalepenos). I'd say this dish could go head-to-head with any meat dish, and I rarely eat meatless main entrees!
