Collard Greens and Beans
I followed the recipe and I wouldn't change a thing. I love it much more than my extended family's version. Excellent and my husband couldn't get enough of this!

Red Pepper Soup
I've made this soup twice so far. Doubled it the second time. Fantastic! My family couldn't get enough.

Angel Hair Pasta with Pignoli
My family absolutely loved this recipe! It was served as a sidedish to grilled salmon and they just couldn't get enough of it! You really have to keep a constant eye on the pine nuts when browning, they will burn quick. I made 1 lb of (thin spaghetti)pasta, no leftovers.
