Whit's Chicken Enchiladas
I did make some minor changes. I marinated my skinless boneless breasts in my oil,lime juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, cumin marinade and grilled them and shredded them.
I decided I want to add a little more chopped jalapenos next time for added flavor. I did not cover this casserole, it browned perfectly and not too much.
My family really went nuts over this recipe.
