This was a great recipe. My family really enjoyed it. I used fresh chopped spinach instead since I don't like frozen spinach. It still turned out great. The combo of the sour cream and tomato sauce was great!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These were some of the best sugar cookies I've ever had. The best part was not having to chill the dough. They came out perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. I think I scarfed down at least a dozen fresh out of the oven.

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

Wow! This is my new favorite dish. I've been doing South Beach diet and this is perfect if you just substitute the butter for Smart Balance. I serve this for everyone that comes over and it's a hit! It's the best recipe!

South Beach Peanut Butter Cup

WOW! Since being on South Beach for a few days, this was a welcome treat. It was the best! I used Double Fudge sugar-free pops, all natural pb and south beach cool whip. AMAZINGLY GREAT!
