Swiss Chicken Casserole II
Loved it! I especially like the option of putting it the crockpot. Anything to save time! Next time, I am going to experiment with different brands of stuffing. Stove Top was ok but I bet Pepperidge Farms would be better.

Greek Pita Pizzas

Rita's Spinach Casserole
This was a great recipe. My family really enjoyed it. I used fresh chopped spinach instead since I don't like frozen spinach. It still turned out great. The combo of the sour cream and tomato sauce was great!
