Real Italian Calzones
Made this exactly as the recipe called for and it was delicious, tonight we are having it again and I'm going to try to use Mozarella cheese!

Marinated Spicy Pork Chops
I have not made pork anything in almost 9 years, but made this last night and we all LOVED it. The soy sauce flavor was perfect, I may try more brown sugar and Chile sauce next time, not b/c it needs it, but just to try it!

Pecan Cranberry Muffins
These are sooo good...I used Orange Juice instead of Milk, not sure you could really taste the difference, but it wasn't bad either! Thanks for the great recipe!
