Chai Tea Mix
This is awesome! I could only find decaf instant tea and even though I put everything through a coffee grinder I still had residue, but I don't care; it was still awesome. I halved the sugar (used Ideal) and upped the spices half again except for the cloves, allspice, nutmeg and pepper. It was perfect! Thank you, Jo!!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
This is a lovely (and fast) sauce, Jackie. I made a few changes though. I used diced tomatoes, upped the garlic, added about a teaspoon of basil, and used a can of tomato sauce so I could simmer a little longer. Oh, I also threw in a bay leaf and a smidge of brown sugar. With your basic recipe and the kind suggestions of other reviewers, I ended up with a lovely sauce. This definitely goes in the "keeper" file. Thanks again!

Cranberry BBQ Chicken
This chicken was awesome!! I was afraid that my DH wouldn't like it as he is not a big cran-fan, but he loved it. I didn't bother with the sauteing bit, but just chopped an onion fairly small, pressed a couple of cloves of garlic, mixed everything up and poured it over the chicken. I used legs and boneless breasts and I was astonished at how juicy the breasts were! I lined my dish with non-stick foil so clean up was a snap. This is so easy to put together and it is definitely going in my "keeper" file. Thanks, DeidreDee!
