Berry Cornmeal Muffins
Made these since I had an abundant amount of strawberries I picked. They were delicious. Don't put too many strawberry pieces in each muffin to keep them from becoming soggy after they are baked. Distribute them evenly.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Perfect NY style cheesecake. Creamy and dense. I serve with homemade rasberry coulis. Delish!

Banana Cream Pie I
Everything looked delicious, but when we had this for dessert there was a weird tangy aftertaste. I couldn't figure it out, but was disappointed with the results.
