Hot Chocolate
I used 1/4 teaspoon of white sugar and 2 tablespoons of chocolate for one serving. And i didn't use any egg at all.

Cherry Chocolate Nut Cookies
Yummy. Made them just like the recipe states, except had to use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. It's a nice fluffy cookie. The cherry flavor isn't overpowering either. The hardest part is chopping the cherries. My food chopper pulverized them, so I had to resort to a knife. I'll make them again.

Big-Batch Butterscotch Cookies
I was looking for a different cookie recipe and found it. This recipe makes WAY too many cookies. Recalculate the servings to either 40 or 80 servings. This way the egg will come out to either 1 or 2 depending on the size of batch. I made the first half exactly like the recipe. The other half of the dough I added pecans and butterscotch chips. I preferred the taste with the added ingredients which is why I gave the original recipe 4 stars.
