Chicken Florentine Casserole
So great, made the dish with little adjustments...no bacon, used whole milk instead of 1/2 and 1/2, fresh spinach, and browned the chicken prior to baking. Prepped the spinach and mushrooms and chicken night before. Day to sere made sauce and cooked for about 30 minutes and topped with Italian blend cheese....YUMMY GOODNES...extra sauce (used 2 cans of soup) will be used to put on pasta for another dinner!!
