About Me
I love allrecipes. It's my go-to-site for everything I cook or bake. I have a problem with reviewers that completely change a recipe then review it. Sometimes giving it a bad review. Hello, YOU made the changes! I can understand doubling or halving a recipe but altering ingredients make it a whole different recipe.
My favorite things to cook
I do not eat desserts but i love to bake for others. If I had to pick a favorite thing to cook it would be pasta.
My favorite family cooking traditions
When my mother was alive we would all get together every Wednesday for dinner but every week was someone elses turn to cook.
My cooking triumphs
I have several "signature dishes" that I have made up over the years.
My cooking tragedies
I am terrible at making instant mashed potatoes. I don't know why because the directions are so simple. Its a shame too because I love them.
