Great flavor! Make sure to not overcook if you want a chewy cookie. Pull out of the oven BEFORE tops are browned!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
Simple, fast, and easy! Next time, I will half the amount of bread-crumbs due to a slight texture issue.

Chocolate Chip Bars
Good option when you don't have much time. Tastes good but are more cake-like than cookie-like. Also, had a bit of an issue getting it evenly cooked (maybe just my microwave) but still good even when chewy.
