White Bean Bruschetta
Just fantastic. We paired this with a lentil salad. This will sooooo be a favorite in my cookbook. Great job Kristin! One thing to remember is that the olives make up for a lot of the saltiness so go easy on the salt (if you add any at all).

Tomato Basil Soup II
My husband and I thought this was delicious. I had no garlic salt so I used a teaspoon of salt and added a clove of fresh garlic. Also only 3 lbs of chopped tomatoes. I took someone's suggestion and only drizzled a teaspoon or so of oil on the top instead of the quarter cup. Using chilled ingredients helped. Have already added this to my "frequently used" menus.

Chili Chicken Stew
not my favorite. Next time I will omit the tomatoes and add a few new potatoes.
