Zucchini Brownies

Great. Used dark chocolate cocoa powder. Tasted wonderful. I did not ice the brownies.

Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken

I added some honey (about 1/4 cup) and cooked for a while longer to have the sauce reduce. Very yummy.

Roasted Vegetable Medley

Very good. I followed others suggestion of cooking the zucchini part at 400 degrees for only 20 minutes. Worked perfectly.
