This was more of a meal than an appetizer to my little family. They devoured the meal. I found it a tad salty so next time I will cut back on the salt but we will make this again in the future. I wasn't sure what dried beef was but by golly we found a plastic jar at the store filled with what looks like thinly sliced salami.

ehhhh, I made this thinking my 9 year old son would be ga ga over it but no cigar. It was definitely interesting but it's off my do-again list.

We enjoyed this greatly. I added a little garlic salt and may add some fresh garlic to it the next time I make it.
