Slow Cooker Stuffing
This was so easy and delicious. I added a little more seasoning and cooked the giblets from the Turkey, chopped and added them to the dressing. I also only needed 4 cups liquid and it turned out perfectly moist. We were running late so I cooked it on high for 1 1/2 hours and then turned down to low for another hour. Great Recipe!

Brown Rice Salad
This was great. I didn't understand a couple of the reviews that said it was dry. This is very creamy. I had some brown rice left over from another recipe so I had to scale the recipe back to match the amount of rice I had. I left out the almonds but I added chopped waterchestnuts and that gave it a great crunch. I also used turkey bacon to cut back fat a little more. So simple to make.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake
I made this dish tonite and listened to the reviews about the butter. I added only a little over a tablespoon and they were just right. Also, if you like a little kick - add more chili powder. This was so good.
