Greek-Style Baked Salmon
Made this last night and my husband said to make sure I make it again! Lots of mmming going on at the table. I didn't have any red onion or the olives but I did have sun-dried tomato and basil feta cheese. I also took the advice of another reviewer and sprinkled Greek seasoning on to the salmon before adding the tomatoes. Next time I'll try it with all the ingredients.

Ciabatta Bread
I followed the recipe to a "T" and it came out great. My husband said it tastes just as good as the ciabatta bread from the bakery. I think using the bread flour helps to keep the dough from getting to "runny". The dough was a little sticky but not what I expected from reading the reviews. I will definitely make this again and try to spice it up with herbs and/or cheese. Great recipe!

Bacon Cheese Fries
I luv these! I had something similar to these in Idaho and they were called Idaho nachos. Instead of cheddar cheese, they used a combination of mozzarella and monterey jack cheese and chopped up green onion. They were served with sour cream. Regardless, they were delicious.
