Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
Excellent muffins!!! I took the advice to use only 1/4 c oil and 3/4 c yogurt and they came out very moist. Also, I used 1 c wheat flour and 3/4 c white flour. Delicious!!

Cocktail Meatballs I
Great basic meatball recipe - very tasty! Did not fry - I baked them in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes.

Yellow Squash Casserole
This was very tasty and easy to make - a good use of excess summer squash! I added 1 pound of Italian turkey sausage - sliced and sauteed with the squash and onions to make a main meal.
