Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
This was fantastic!! The whole family enjoyed it. We had a good amount leftover so I made Chicken Quesadillas the next day. Yum & Yum. We will do this again soon!

New England Clam Chowder I
This was excellent my husband & I loved it. Easy to make. I followed one reviewer suggestion of using all of the reserved clam juice. It is true that the bacon is not crisp but worth it for the flavor.

Banana Cream Pie I
I made this for Christmas Eve for some "non" Chocolate eaters and it was a big hit.. Will make it again & again.
