I used Merkins melting chocolate for this recipe. It is SO much easier to melt the chocolate 20 sec at a time in a coffee mug in the microwave, than on the stove-top! Also, instead of kneading the sugar mixture on a floured surface I used more confectioners sugar. These are soooo good, and like a fine wine, get better with age! YUM!
