Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs
Hubby is eating lowcarb. This meat is very tasty! He was so pleased with this dish. I will be making it for him many times in the future! I followed others suggestions and only used 1/4 C soy - and used Gluten-free to allow my son to enjoy as well :) I kept some of the sauce and they slathered it on the ribs with each bite.

Russian Cheese Salad
Son's assignment called for an international dish. This was simple to prepare and we all loved it! We ate ours on crackers and next time I will use bruchetta. I used 2 C mozarella and 1 C gouda. Thank you!

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
Made this while hosting a Russian teenager. She LOVED it and loved helping me prepare it. It brought back good memories of her home. My all American family loves it, too! Thank you!!!
