Born In Nashville, TN and raised in Wichita, KS. I have lived in Omaha, NE for over 35 years. 2 great step children,1 beautiful granddaughter (and a grandson on the way!) 2 "four-legged" children. Work full time at a large real estate compnay as a corporate real estate services director. Mexican, Italian and you can beat the good old "steaks on the grill" on Saturday night My mother was a great southern cook, being born and raised in Nashville. I still use her methods for pot roast, ham and bean soup and corn bread and, of course, black-eyed peas on new years day. Beef stroganoff is my signature dish. A christmas goose one year...it ended up in the trash and we had hamburgers for our Christmas dinner.
