I throughly enjoyed this recipe. I would make it again and again. Everybody in my family enjoyed it very much.

This has become THE glaze recipe of our family. A mere mention of this recipe sends my kids begging and pleading for it. During the several times that I have made this I have found it useful to regularly pull the ham out and use my baster to squirt the glaze/juice evenly over the ham. This promotes an even flavor and beautiful color. I would have rated this ****** stars if possible!

Hmmmm, not quite what I had in mind. I found the mixture to be too sweet and then when added to the water made this unappetizing tasting syrup.

What a wonderful dish. I knew just by looking at the ingredients it would be tasty. I took this to a superbowl party and I chose to heat it up and serve. What a good choice because as it warmed up...guys came out of the woodwork looking for whatever it was that smelled so good. They swarmed on it like locusts and if they could have gotten away with it I think someone would have licked the plate. I served this with hard corn tortilla chips and soft flour tortillas. Great recipe as is, but you can tweak it to suit your tastebuds with different/more cheese, spicier, etc. I am going to try this base without chicken and spoon it onto a thin chix breast and roll and bake it in the oven. Then serve with some kind of corn/black bean relish...getting hungry just thinking about it. Make this recipe and you won't be disappointed.

One word - AWESOME! A staple for the summer dinner table. This recipe uses much from the summer garden/farmer's market and packs a big punch. You have the great flavor and the bonus of the value of serving several healthy veggies in one appealing casserole. I have shared this with several friends and family members and it has received only raves. Stop what you are doing and add this one to your recipe box...it's a keeper! Note: To save time you can boil the veggies and seperately mix the wet ingredients the night before. The next day just combine and add the crackers and you can speed up the process.

This certainly is a keeper. It was both easy to make and it presented beautifully. I think I will experiment using the cheesecake base and try different add-ins. Can't see how I could go wrong~this cheesecake has a great backbone!

Outstanding recipe! I doubled the portions and it made a huge pot with plenty of tasty leftovers. Only changes I made were to add a couple of cans of diced green chilies, additional cilantro and a cup of cheese while it was cooking. You can't beat the creamy taste and complex flavor. It was delicious down to the bottom of the bowl. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to impress~

Alhtough this cake presented beautifully, I found the flavor to be bitter and unappealing. There was no complexity, just bitter chocolate. I wish, however, it had tasted as good as it looked.

Wanted to make another suggestion...try this combination on a tortilla and eat as a wrap. You could also try, for a change, using shredded celery or carrot in place of the apple.

This is an outstanding appetizer. Beautiful presentation, easy preparation and extremely flavorful. This has everything I look for when preparing a dish to share at a party!

I thought this cooked up well and made plenty of sandwiches. After having this I think I will stick to the "Memphis Style" barbeque, but all my guests seemed to like this.

Very simple to prepare and very tasty. The spices add just enough zing to keep it from being boring.

This recipe is out of this world. In addition to slices of pickles, I fried up some zesty, pickled, peppers and onion rings. This was a big hit at my party with everyone wanting a copy of the recipe! Thanks!

I thought this turned out a good piece of southern fried chicken. Here are some additional tips for getting a tasty bird. Rinse chicken pieces and place in large pot or bowl and add a couple of tsp. of baking soda (this takes the blood out of the bird)and fill with water until covered for 15-20 min. Drain and rinse and refill with water again. This time place several teaspoons of iodized salt and add chicken back to water. Refridgerate for 3-4 hours or overnight if desired. This seasons the meat so that you will have a flavorful and juicy bite each time. Good Luck

I thought this sounded like a great little appetizer, but unfortunately it did not go over well. It was one of the few appetizers that no one touched!

This wasn't great. I was hoping for something with a little more ZING to it. The black olives overwhelmed the flavor. It makes a nice presentation but lacks where it counts...great taste!

This totally exceeded my expectations. Not being a big fan of pumpkin I was worried it might taste too much like pumpkin pie. Boy, was I wrong. The texture was light and airy and they baked up so nicely. I felt they were a little time consuming to make, so next time I am going to make it as a loaf. I have a lot of company coming in for Thanksgiving and I plan on making several loafs to serve for a quick and yummy breakfast.

This is an outstanding recipe. As is, it stands alone. The only 2 changes I made was to add some crushed red pepper and use thick, boneless pork chops instead of chicken. Thank you....I can't wait to make this again!

My sister-in-law turned me onto this cake however on hers she omits all the coconut products and serves with fresh, in-season fruits. I am eager to try this with the coconut as that is one of my favorites, too.

This was tasty. I had to improvise some as I was missing some of the ingredients. I am eager to try this again when I have everything fresh. Great as leftovers the next day, too.
