I used the best moist chocolate cake recipe- i didn't find it so moist as sponge-like; i loved the texture though; i followed the recipe exactly as it says for 1 exception; i use baking powder instead of baking soda and used half of what the recipe calls for, I also added 1 gram grated chocolate to the batter. It turned out great! its a def. keeper - next time though i´ll probably use half a cup of milk more, less flour and more chocolate to take it up a notch.
