Spicy Basil Chicken
amazing! I used sweet thair chilli sauce and less oyster sauce- tasted very authentic to me!

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce
Absolutely delish! I didnt have blue cheese on hand so I halved the bread crumbs and used fat free blue cheese dressing and it still came out great

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
Made this to bring to a friend's party- we are not fish people so I left out the shrimp and instead used stew beef- came out great and received rave reviews from the group.
