Crawfish Linguine
I didn't eat most of this. The butter puddled on top. Definitely not what I would call healthy

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
This was so quick and tasted great! I sliced the chicken breats and made chicken fingers. Also, I didn't have onion powder or cayenne pepper, so I just sprinkled the chicken with cajun spices. I will definitely make this again.

Cabbage Jambalaya
This jambalaya started better, but it does not make good leftovers. It tastes good, but gets mushy. If you're going to eat it in one sitting, then I would recommend, but if there's only 2 people eating, then either 1/2 the recipe or try something else and save this one for later.
