Linguine with Scampi
This recipe was sooo good. My family raved over it. I made it exactly as the recipe stated and it turned out great. I served it with a cranberry walnut salad, garlic bread and oreo pie for dessert...yummy!

Kids Favorite Easy Cheesy 'Busketti'
My 5 year old step daughter and my 30 year old husband both LOVED this dish, and it was quite economical. I doubled the Velveeta and added an entire can of milk, but the final product was very cheesy and delicious. I highly recommend this for those busy nights.

Tropical Salad with Pineapple Vinaigrette
This salad is excellent. I made it with toasted almonds instead of macadamia and it was so yummy. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a light, refreshing salad!! Thanks Marianne!!!
