I grew up in the kitchen of a rather well know Italian rest. outside New York city in the 60's 70's. I love to cook .. not at all affraid to try a bang here or a bump there to "spice up life the art of food" Italian ... steaks ... Actually I prefer the grill .. even in 17* weather snow blowing .. but there is only one way to cook that chop or steak !!! Sharing the feast of the holidays with those who don't have .. but deserve ... My mothers smile after I cook one of her favorite meals ... Stuffed Veal Breast .... she tried it all .. left the meat until last .. one bite .. she smiled .. I became a cook that day. Not learning to share earlier in life.
