cooking is a hobby with me. I love the challenge with trying new recipes and finding new ingredients. seafood (all seafood) is my favorite food, and accompanying vegetable dishes are so important. My Mom's (now 98 years young)broad cooking interest has influenced all 8 children. Her cabbage rolls, salmon patties with creamed peas, cinnamon rolls, Kolaches, etc.,shows that, with her English heritage, she developed many of my father's German favorites.
