Brussels Sprouts and Barley Soup
This is an excellent fall soup and one that used up all the vegies in the garden. I too switched kale for barley and added fresh chopped garlic. YUM-O!!!

Spinach Basil Pesto
This was excellent!! Because pine nuts are so expensive, I substituted toasted Walnuts and it was still amazing. I'll be making this again, using walnuts instead of pine nuts.

Mashed Potato 'n' Parsnip
